Processing Time

All orders are made to order and typically require 10–14 business days to be processed and prepared for shipping.

If you are purchasing a PREORDER item, the processing time will be stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

Please note that the 10–14 business day processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.

Preorder Items

For PREORDER items, please refer to the estimated processing time stated on the product page before placing your order.

If your order contains both in-stock and PREORDER items, your order may be shipped together once all items are ready.
